In conjunction with Pope Benedict XVI’s recent U.S. visit, Dove Award-winning Word recording artist Salvador performed at the Papal Youth Rally at St. Joseph’s Seminary in Yonkers, New York, which was attended by an estimated 25,000 people.
Known for their show-stopping, improvisational live performances, the acclaimed Latin/pop band is currently appearing across the country, and the group is slated to headline Kingdom Bound Christian music festival near Buffalo, NY, in August.
Salvador’s eighth recording, Aware, which hit stores April 29, was produced by group members Nic Gonzales and Chris Bevins, along with Otto Price (dcTalk, GRITS). Aware features 11 selections exploring themes of thankfulness and selflessness. |
